Kelp Farm Licensing & Permitting Resources

Updated: Nov 30, 2020

In a webinar held by the PWSEDD on October 23, 2020, we gathered state and federal agency staff to walk interested kelp farmers through the process of applying for kelp farm licenses and permits. This was part one of a four part series -- to sign up for the fourth (and final) kelp farming webinars, register here. Our next (and last) scheduled webinar will be held on December 3, 2020, at 10 a.m. -- here is a one page overview of the series.

If you attended the PWSEDD's first kelp farming webinar on October 23, or didn't attend but want to learn more about setting up a kelp farm, here are a few resources from that session.
